Someone once asked...

“how do i get better at communication? i feel very behind and although i want to be able to comfort someone emotionally and spiritually i just can never get the words out of my mouth. It stresses me out because i feel alien”

I'm also working on this skill. I've found that vulnerability is the best way. Being open about yourself and your own experiences helps others open up to you as well. Of course, that doesn't mean trauma dumping or butting in with your own stories, but showing that you're open to conversations through being vulnerable will help others open up to you. You can flat out say things like "I don't fully know what to say, but I support you" and that will help people feel seen more than anything else because of your honesty. Just keep trying, nobody's perfect and we can only do our best.

my sister... has some disabilities, physical and mental. she has trouble with a lot of things, and yet she's only ten. I don't know what her life is like, but every time I have to help my parents put her in a chair or something else, she just seems so unhappy. it feels so wrong to grab someone's leg and force them into a chair and trap them there for hours. my parents aren't bad people. they're wonderful, really. they care so much and are so kind. please, they aren't bad people. but I just really can't stand the fact that my very own sister has to live like this. I want it to be rid of my mind, but I suppose this is why im asking you all for help. I don't know how my life will go, I think im a pretty stupid person but I just imagine the life my sister has and I wonder how she even lives. she's so brave, maybe out of ignorance or maybe because she knows things I don't think she does. she's never spoken a word to me. I hope I find an answer I need. How do I get my best friend to like me?I tend to overthink situations and read too much into people's words, actions and behaviour, especially when it comes to relationships. I get attached easily and struggle to let go, even when I know a situation is affecting my peace of mind. I keep revisiting past conversations and interactions, questioning whether I handled things correctly or whether I did something wrong. I also find myself seeking reassurance and validation because I sometimes struggle to trust my own decisions. This constant cycle of thinking affects my emotional well-being and sometimes distracts me from my studies and personal goals. I want to learn how to stop overanalysing everything, become emotionally independent and feel more secure within myself.
