Someone once asked...

“I tend to get awkward infront of people. Idk where to look or what to do when I'm with people. Like I lose co trol of myself and get nervous. Deep in my head I'm always worried about what others will think about me or how my appearance look. I get anxiety. Also while walking in the street or in my college I get awkward all the time and while having conversations with people i can't really maintain eye contact and sometimes I starte too much and make them feel uncomfortable. Is this normal or I'm alone?:(”

No i feel the same. Its very hard and its harder to explain to people like i know its not life threatening to just step out and talk to people but it feels that way . I think its normal because many people go through this .. there can be so many reasons for it and its okay to be like this . I found 1 friend who is very kind and non judgemental and its easy to talk to him. And then i meet his friends because of him and talking in a group or just being ina group is less scary than talking to other people. Also i just look at their nose or my hands or surroundings and nodding .. but slowly if you are around such situations and people more it gets easier . It feels like any other skill like i didn't met people for more than 8 months and i forgot to talk to people and tospeak without overthinking every word but slowly you get okay as you interact with people more .

How to deal with lonelinies as homegirl who is introvert and has no friends and is out of college and allI have a friend who is genuinely nice to me in certain ways. She trusts me with all her secrets and considers me someone who understands her. However, sometimes I feel like she doesn't value me as much as she values other people. For example, whenever I post an Instagram story, she barely interacts with it, but when others post, she likes and comments on almost everything. I know it might sound trivial, but it makes me feel overlooked. She also makes fun of me about a boy I like, especially because he likes her, and although she claims it's all in good fun, her jokes sometimes genuinely hurt me. I also feel like she subtly pulls me down at times. Recently, my best friend and I started talking again after a period of not communicating, and this friend was also talking to him. Since their conversation was about me, I requested her to share their chats with me. I asked repeatedly, but she left me on seen and continued sending me reels as if nothing had happened. What confuses me is that she's often understanding, helps me financially sometimes, and shares almost everything with me, yet I still feel an uncomfortable energy in this friendship. I can't tell whether I'm overthinking, whether she's pretending to value me, or whether there's something about our friendship that I'm not seeing. I just feel like she prioritises other people over me, while keeping me around as someone she can trust and rely on.I m soo hard to love
