Someone once asked...

“I don't know why but I'm feeling very exhausted and empty like I just can't explain. And it's just too irritating . I have so many things going on inside my head like family issues, no friends , feeling like not belong to anywhere. Jusstt”

Someone answered with kindness...

" I am feeling the same. I guess we have to just keep on going , at the moment when these feelings arise - i just go to a walk , or journal .. i know everyone says to do this - bit it really helped me also music ir podcast on during these feelings. And then when i calm down - i think of what i can really do like to make friends in case - i tried meeting some old friends - which didn't worked but i tried then i met an online friend which i knew for like 4-5 years so it was comparatively safe or just go to places where you will meet likeminded people oñline or offline and just talk without thinking , initial embarrassment or shyness is the only problem but get past that and talk to people.also for family issues if you have tried every other method like talking to them or making them understand, solving then and it doesn't help then avoiding is the easiest option - do it , it doesn't mean you stopped living or caring for them just dont get involved in arguements or their opinions . Today is the most amazing time where anyone can belong anywhere i think . Just search up online or offline communities - it can range from kpop fans to science fans . Or just introverts or i myself joined a depressed insta group and everyone just rants things out there without knowing each other. It made me feel okay like m not the only one . Also if it gets worse like you know 👀worrssee than seek professional help. Also find some sort of happiness in day to day things - like 15 mins of coffee or just walking , music , dancing, 0ainting anything - it may feel childish but find fun in day to day things. Hope it helps. 🤝

How to deal with lonelinies as homegirl who is introvert and has no friends and is out of college and allI have a friend who is genuinely nice to me in certain ways. She trusts me with all her secrets and considers me someone who understands her. However, sometimes I feel like she doesn't value me as much as she values other people. For example, whenever I post an Instagram story, she barely interacts with it, but when others post, she likes and comments on almost everything. I know it might sound trivial, but it makes me feel overlooked. She also makes fun of me about a boy I like, especially because he likes her, and although she claims it's all in good fun, her jokes sometimes genuinely hurt me. I also feel like she subtly pulls me down at times. Recently, my best friend and I started talking again after a period of not communicating, and this friend was also talking to him. Since their conversation was about me, I requested her to share their chats with me. I asked repeatedly, but she left me on seen and continued sending me reels as if nothing had happened. What confuses me is that she's often understanding, helps me financially sometimes, and shares almost everything with me, yet I still feel an uncomfortable energy in this friendship. I can't tell whether I'm overthinking, whether she's pretending to value me, or whether there's something about our friendship that I'm not seeing. I just feel like she prioritises other people over me, while keeping me around as someone she can trust and rely on.I m soo hard to love
