I am going through after breakup phase. I don't want think about him at all. I want move on and focus on apply job and up skill myself.why do i feel like i can not trust anyone at all when i do trust im let down i trusted my ex i loved him i trusted him he knows i only trusted him the most in life and ive been most vulnerable only to him yet he wanted to end the relationship and yet he tells if u feel low or wanna talk to someone uc an talk to me but its not the same if i go to talk to him anymore i feel empty still everytime this happens when i trust people either the leave or do smthg to prove i cant trust them at all... i dont even trust myself to make proper judgements that i have to feel like i need to rely on someone... what is this life are monks allowed to be gay
