In a society, young parenting provides qualities that are different to the ones of older parenting. Those qualities are different but complementary. If a society only fosters older parenting then it loses the advantages of that complementarity.

Older parenting is a way of limiting population growth, but it should not be done at the cost of losing that value, else society would become less dynamic, less rich.

Congratulations for your young parenting, even if your society doesn't know it is valuable for them too.
