No you don't have to die. I mean you'll eventually die but just because you aren't in love does not mean you have to die and your life is worthless. And yes you will be able to fall in love and live your life like before or even better if you are willing to. It gets better trust me

Hey. I'm sorry you feel that lonely. I get how hopeless it feels when no one loves you anymore. It's a really bad feeling when you're waiting for someone and you need them so badly but the universe says "nah". I don't want to offer you any advice or anything but, even if I'm anonymous to you, I really feel your pain and loneliness and I wish I could be your friend and offer some help.
