It's a part of being human. I'd say maybe, you spend too much time consuming things that don't feed your soul, that don't make you happy. Like doomscrolling. In my experience it won't go away quickly, you don't just go outside and feel the sun on your skin and suddenly everything is good, but, if you do it regularly, if you take care of your body and mind, you will start feeling better. You also need to try new things, even if you're not sure about it even if it's just a tiny thing like trying a new recipe. How else can you find what makes you feel good? My last word of advice would be, let go when you need to, acceptance and forgiveness is needed for inner peace.

You have become tired, maybe even confused for a moment there and suddenly it is as if you are floating in outer space looking at the earth while everyone is running around, doing their thing and not even caring about you! It is okay to feel that way. You think you've lost your purpose, you do not know who you are, why you are etc. Before you continue the grown up stuff, remember how you would imagine different stories in your childhood, maybe even reenact them. Start your everyday with thinking as if you are going on a new adventure, look at small things around you, the ones you would not even pay attention in your daily life before. And I'm really saying the smallest like ants carrying various things to their "home" rain droplets making different sound on a different surface. When you remember and listen to the world around, you will realise, that the feeling of emptiness, was just forgetting the busy busy lives around us. Happiness is in small things and appreciating them will fill your heart with love.
