either they didnt have genuine feelings from start or even if they had genuine feelings , their priorities changed with time and feelings fizzle out. Love is choosing someone everyday no matter what you feel about them. Feelings are required to start relationship but not enough to stay in relationship. One day you will find someone who will keep choosing you everyday and that day you will understand why these people didnt stay.

they were just attracted to the idea of falling in love with someone, and not that person themselves, hence when they learnt that their idea of a perfect partner wasnt met or that they got "bored" they just moved on and tossed you like a temporary plaything im sorry you had to go through that and nobody deserves something like that, i hope one day you'll find your person and live happily ever after :D
