“Why can't i focus on my studies like i know my academic results matter a lot..still i find it so hard to studies and during exam when i sit to study i start to understand what the Q&A are saying rather then just memorising them. And its takes a lot of time for me to memories answers. I hear that less practice makes it worse i guess its true maybe. Well i would be happy if anyone has the answer to my question and if you know where i am doing it wrong and if you have any tips please share. I would be grateful”

Write and study ..write whatever u have learned write 5 to 6 times until u knw the answer
