Someone once asked...

“When my friend came out i was going out of my way to be supportive and asking if that stuff was okay for me to do. I was their most supportive friend at school and they werent excepted at home. We were really close(and clearly both accepting of queer identities) and it felt weird they had never mentioned anything about their identity to me before they came out at school. They always seemed nuetral to my support, and would just say "sure" or dismissively "okay." Whenever anyone else did something similar, i could see on their face that it made them think and they were clearly happy. When i came out to them they gaslit me that i was misinterpreting my expierences while also outing me. I dont have much experience with this and ive started to think them acting indiffferent to my affection/support is a red flag. Is it?”

I would say that is a red flag. If they gaslit you into doing something when you willingly were vulnerable to them and they took advantage of you, I would personally say that's a red flag
