Attending different clubs and activities that align with your interests may help. You can talk with people there about things you're interested in, and you may eventually build strong enough bonds to where you can share more about yourself. If you're struggling with something, help groups can help. It's great because these likely aren't people you'll see outside of that space, and you can talk about what you're struggling with openly, and without fear of judgement. Journaling, while it's not necessarily talking to someone, is still a great way to get your thoughts out by getting it onto something physical. It allows you to organize your thoughts and actually work through your feelings. In my experience, it's been super helpful. Also remember that having someone who listens to you requires that you listen to them, too. It should be a two-way street. Good luck!
