“What is the point of being other people's life tutor? (Just asking )”
✦
Someone answered with kindness...
Philosophers like Socrates didn't teach by pretending to know everything; he famously claimed he knew nothing. A true "life tutor" isn't a guru looking down from a mountain. They are a mirror. Because we are the same, looking at someone else's struggle helps us understand our own, and sharing our perspective helps them see their own reflection more clearly.
Ultimately, the worthiness doesn't come from being better or smarter or.... whatever! It comes from shared humanity. It is precisely because we are all in the same boat, tossed around by the same waves, that it makes sense to reach out a hand and say, "hey friend, i tripped over that rock back there, watch your step." Or you know you could laugh at them first then help them.

Fulfillment? Wanting that kind of lifestyle? Wanting a parent child relationship?
At the end of the day, we are social creatures and being a life tutor is inherently socially fulfilling (when done right).
