Baseball!!! Nothing made me feel more like a kid with a parent than when my grandfather-- who filled that role more than my parents-- took me to the park with a bat he hadn't used in literal decades, a ball, and a glove and just played a glorified game of catch with the two of us. I'll never forget it and I think it was perfect, even if every throw he made had me flinching because I sucked at catching the ball lol
