You have more control over your life than you might think; sometimes you just forget that. Life on Earth is full of challenges. Maybe you've been challenging yourself to see whether, after losing touch with yourself, you would remain stuck in work, stress, anger, chasing dreams, and all those things—or whether one day you would stop and ask yourself: “What do I do when I feel completely stuck and don't know how to move forward?”

Me too wanna die but still want live life fully at same time..."hope" is reason which keeps me going forward, I can understand ryt now you are facing situation which is too hard and may be unexpected... But time moves really fast this phase will go .... The situation will be better as well .... My words are not magic and u can't change your mind instant.....still hopeful this work for u

Are you ok . Just do something that make you happy. just relax a bit . Don't think to much . Try doing something that make give you joy and don't think about other things . Just do something for yourself. Best of luck ,you can do it .
