“Well so basically, I don't have a good relationship with my cousins.. whenever I meet them I don't really talk to them I'm uncomfortable around them because of a problem, but they keep on saying stuff like "I have never heard her talk" or "you should talk more" I genuinely hate my cousins so much, they're so mean”

If they r mean for no reason dont talk to them .. Perhaps if they r good try opening up to them but its your choice always who do u hv to talk to no matter a person is so good .. If u dont feel like talking to them then u shldnt sweetheart n dont let their words affect you at all
