Hi, it depends on the situation really. If it's a personal situation for example family, see if you can talk it out by making sure everyone is happy but if like me the situation is something not really in your control then I guess you'll be better if you focused entirely on yourself and what you want to like something ambitious. My advice would be to make a list of all the pros and cons of the place or situation in both the leaving and staying and see which one is the one that has more pros.
