Hey there,

Was there something blocking her from accepting your marriage proposal? If she said no, its better to just leave it at that rather than seeking her out. Maybe she does like you, or maybe she really is seeking your attention.

The point is, she already said no. Whatever her reasoning might have been, there isn't much of a point in going wondering the why's or how's of the situation. If she really does have interest in you, she'll seek you out. If not, you'll just be opening another (hopefully happy) chapter in your life.
