Someone once asked...

“Some days I'm afraid, I have the weighing feeling that someone's watching me or that I'm going to get hurt at any moment. Sometimes it's so bad I'm to scared to breath normally or even get out of bed. I don't know what this feeling is, I haven't gone through any traumatic events but I am a lot more jumpy now. I really want to know, is this paranoia or sometime else?”

I personally am not in your shoes so I can’t say for certain. If possible, speak with loved ones or trusted individuals in your life about this. For precaution maybe invest in self protection equipment (just in general paranoia or not). Also, with your description it seems to be causing some mental conflict for you. If it’s accessible I’d highly recommend talking to a mental health professional like a therapist, counselor, or a warm line number agent. Stay safe, and wishing you all the best.

Sounds like anxiety and paranoia. I also feel that way sometimes. Do you believe in the paranormal? Sometimes what helps me is to imagine what I would do if "x" happens.
