Someone once asked...

“So there is my relationship in which my partner (male) has an dependent anxiety issue like it means he has a severe panic and anxiety issues which also triggers its physical pain e.g stomach pain , dizziness, panic attacks and much more . Now this issue gets triggers by me (his partner) if I did something which is quiet disappointed for him like wearing revealing clothes , using social media , taking some alone time , going outside with friends. Now what should I do ,this is my commited relationship I feel stuck between my freedom and him”

Someone answered with kindness...

GIRL NO, this cannot be healthy, specially when you already feel stuck. I had a friend like this, not exactly but basically she used to get mad everything I went a bit quiet because I as a person genuinely have low energy. And when I'm doing my own thing qnd not giving her enough attention like a spoiled kid she will go quiet for days and then act like everythings fine again randomly, it felt like walking on eggshells, because I never know when she s triggered and she was my closest friend. Relationships where someone is was too dependent on someone never ends well, talk to him that maybe you two need some space , I'm not saying breakup right away, but if he really makes you choose between your freedom and himself, it's ano brainer, and idk if you'll really take this advice cuz I know it's easier said then done but really softlaungh the distance and if he starts getting panic attack just because you decided to take space then atp you have better things to do than him

I also want to break up but in some part of my heart this feels wrong to leave him in this situation. But I also can't sacrifice my freedom even a bit . I love myself more than anything but him in this vulnerable situation. I don't know what to do
