There are 2 possibilities for this first her actual personality might be like this rare but sometimes people like that do exist where the act rudely but don’t mean it, don’t share things because they like to keep it with themselves 
And second one is she’s not actually sort of friend you want because people who love us don’t get made at childishness, infact friends are safe space where we can actually be ourselves, because we choose them on our own. Answering rudely all the time isn’t something great in healthy friendships. Regarding the tea stop sharing it with her you never know when tables might turn and she could use this against you.
