I know it's easy to tell just stop worrying about what others think, but that would be a bad answer, so let me be as sincere as I can in answering your doubt. Try to approach your thought process from a new angle just to get over you initial inhibition. "Do as they would, and treat as you would want to be". The person whom you worry so much over, do they worry about your feelings, do they care about what you think. Conversely, have you ghosted someone bcz of your inhibitions, out yourself in their shoes and think about both your behaviour. If you have unintentionally hurt someone, apologise and try to speak more about the things you like and listen to them about the things they like. You will naturally get over your inhibitions. If the person of rude bcz of ur honest mistake after you have apologised they were probably never worth thinking about in the first place, but conversely this should not be an excuse for your onhurt a good friend repeatedly. Once or twice can be a mistake, thrice is a bad habit forming. Ask them how you could improve and if they give some genuinely constucve feedbacks act on them.

Hey stranger, first of all I'm kind of i dunno relieved that I'm not the only person out here who is facing this issue. I think for the emotions part you just have to accept whatever you're feeling don't over intellectualize your emotions. Let em flow in and out like water. You don't have to psychoanalyze and go into a rabbit hole and feel even more depressed about your sadness. I do agree with your point most people don't want to be around depressed people and you don't have to beat yourself up over it. They don't know what you're going through and been through. Sometimes it has to start with you. I don't know what you're going through but you have to push yourself up so that others can notice you. It sucks but that's way human society works. No one will help someone who doesn't want to be helped. I'm still figuring everything out as well but I guess we have to build ourselves up from scratch. You're not your mistakes and communication skills can be built over time. It's mostly a confidence issue rather than something you lack. You have the skill it's your confidence that's holding u back. Most of the people have no idea about everything either they just beleive in themselves that no matter what they'll figure it out as it goes. So you need to build that trust with yourself okay? It's hard ik I'm still struggling with it but you'll get there!!! Do something that makes you feel proud of yourself. It could be anything. Learn a new skill hobby a lifestyle chnage an appearance chnage volunteering and helping others it could be anything. There's a lot to learn and explore in this vast universe before we die so please don't let your life slip by without experiencing the whole thing :) i really hope you get out of whatever you're struggling with. It all starts with one step. Just put yourself out there and don't be afraid of embarrassment or failure it's all a part of life that's how u learn and adapt. You can try sitting with yourself and writing in a journal why you feel the way u do and what u can do about it. I think once u focus on yourself people automatically gravitate towards you. When u have a clear mind everything falls into place automatically. Just keep yourself engaged.
