Id say its better to confess your feelings. even if she doesn’t like you back, you would still get a closure. you might regret not confessing to her, in the future. :))

Well buddy, you should tell her about your feelings and respect her choice. If she doesn't want you as partner then decide if you can be just friend with her and willing to let her go if it makes her happy. Love always gives freedom. It's hard but you have to either leave from her life or give promise yourself that if we will stay friends you would never cross boundaries which makes her life harder or complex. You may feel this is wrong and cruel to let her go but that's how you can prove your love in this situation so be a gentleman as I said.
