“So i had this roomate in my first year of college, who was also my really good friend, we didn't hit off instantly but yeah we were good friends. There had been fights small , big , which ended with us eventually making up , with us lying with our emotions bare . Now she has been someone who is in very touch with her emotions , but I am not , i grew up different, I am taught to hide everything from everyone, I take a lot of time to trust people , for this reason I may have been a bit distant towards her , but I wanted to be her friend I just wanted that closeness to come naturally. Now recently i had a pretty bad situation everything was going wrong in my life, we were at our respective home during this time , we used to talk everyday , but during that time I stopped talking because I was so overwhelmed , as how can everything go wrong , i wanted to take sometime , but i didn't say her anything about this , I just stopped replying and thought when everything is normal I will talk to her about this . After like 4 5 days i texted her back normally, but she was like unresponsive, I thought I don't know, might be something, and then one day she said i wanna talk , and she said she doesn't wanna be friends with me anymore, I was already going through a rough patch , and then all of a sudden this , she said she felt not valued , I kept saying her sorry , even though I don't understand properly, I kept trying to make up for like a month , but she is saying she doesn't feels it anymore, I am still hung up on her , how could she forget me so easily , i text her sometimes asking how she was , but she doesn't even sees the messages , was I that replaceable”

Hey stranger! i dont think you are replacable! i feel the fact that you went distant all of a sudden without any reason ( which honestly isnt your fault and is completely alright to do that) she misinterpreted it as you being distant and not valuing her. But most importantly whatever interpretation that she makes of your actions even after you repeatedly apologising and and giving her an explanation is beyond your control. I understand how much you must be missing her and feeling like are you this easily replacable? but the truth is you are not! she made an Interpretation and a choice that you had no control on. I am sure you mustve been a very good friend to her and that makes you irreplacable! I hope you continue being the good solut you are and keep making friends. But always remember a lesson you learnt here...other people's actions are not in your control only you can control yourself!
