Someone once asked...

“So I can't figure out if I actually had a crush on my childhood bestfriend back then in 7th i always used to wish i could marry her in some way when I grow up cuz back then i didn't know or had any idea about these crushes or relationships or about these same sex love/relationships like LGBTQ people i had no idea about them like they exist (i am a girl my bestfriend is a girl) i thought people who like each other they marry after 7th grade she moved to a different city and I was alone after she left kept on thinking about her Then later in 9th i actually discovered about what crush feels like I was curious i thought I didn't actually had any crush on anyone in 9th i once asked few of my friends then out of curiosity searched about it and those feelings or patterns about crush were same as the ones i hadfor my bff back in 7th later after that i found out that same-sex love exists etc etc But i couldn't accept it or the fact that i might be attracted to same gender as mine it took me more than an year to accept myself but yet still i think what if these all isn't actually true about me my bff and what if I am straight Idk how to figure out i am still trying to figure out And my family is so so religious orthodox they might not accept me but I didn't plan on coming out till I am financially independent Idk how should I figure out about my identity”

i think you should go with the flow. Ive been in the same position as u years ago. It doesnt matter anymore if you had a crush or not, she's not and you cant do anything about it. Maybe it was a crush, maybe it wasnt. You have to accept it and move on and be open to let new experiences into ur life. The way i figured out my identity was that i was never too strict with my labels. I didnt want labels to restrict me from wtv i was feeling. Then i ended up going as a bisexual
