Idk as well what to advise you but I think you should 1. delete your social media and yt from your phone and access these apps from pc laptop. 2. Plan your day ( 3 meals, work out/walk, enough sleep 6 hrs at least) mandatory. Eating and sleeping well helps with memorization and working out/ walking helps with mental health (my therapist suggested me personally ) 3. Get a page, write down all hours of 24 hrs. And 7 days of a week Saturday Sunday... Like a chart and make a routine like what you should do. Suppose you have a class from 7 am to 10 am write it down on the routine, plan your each day. 4. Do the same as 3 but here you'll write down the things you did literally. Write 24 hour there. It helps. (My therapist told me to do it. It helps to stay productive) 5. Cut your ex off totally. Don't even talk to them at all or listen to songs that is sad and makes you remind of them. ⚠️⚠️⚠️ 6. Make a friend who'll help you to study/ you can hang out with them after studying. You don't necessarily have to be way too close to them (my therapist asked me to make a friend 😻🥀🥀) yes it will help. We are in same ass situation literally. 7. Don't lay down on bed or anywhere. Avoid bed at any cost. Go to bright places to focus. 8. Practice and practice. 9. Don't be sad about your class results rather focus on mistakes you make and practice and keep revising. 10. Be kind on yourself as well. Just think about yourself. Be delusional, you'll surely secure a seat. YOU CAN DO THIS OKAAYYYYYYS!!!!? love you smmm you're gonna slayyyyyyyyy. I pray for you. Pray for yourself, keep praying so much. If you don't believe in god, believe in yourself. You're your best friend, you can do this. IF YOU CANT, NO ONE CAN. SO PROUD OF YOU!!!!!!! YAYAYAYAY
