It's because since you are busy with your own work they think that you r not a kind of social person but in reality you wait for someone to genuinely notice you and reach you . The right ones will always reach to you and start the Convo first. They will not assume that you r some kind of disguising uour real personality but they will try to know more about you no matter what . It's just you haven't found your persons yet
