admit it , it wasn't just a joke were you honest about your past relations with your bf? i and even majority of the boys would have behaved in the same manner like your bf did, and its not seeing you as an object like another reply mentioned , it's just blatantly hurting your partners' feelings and the feeling of 'togetherness' ,you kinda destroyed your r.ship ,if i was your bf, i would'nt be able to treat/see you like earlier.
