heyy i feel you, I've been going through the same experiences as you so I'm not gonna give you a vague advice and tell you smth like "you should just love yourself haha" because it's much more complicated than that. I'll just tell you one thing, love is supposed to be as easy as breathing, it isn't supposed to make you question your worth. Know that romance is not the only love, look around you, live a little. Outside of all the stupid dating games people play, there's so much more to life, so much left to explore. You still haven't met all the people who'll love you. And it's not bad to want love, someone who takes care of you, but you shouldn't make it the centre of your life. The centre of your life is still you, always has been and always will be, even if you can't focus on yourself rn, that's still a part of you. Give yourself a break you'll figure it out.
