My work place experience was very weird while many would have faced micro managing i faced something else opposite of that I had a overprotective senior who did most of my tasks basically i was asked to do the first draft and he would do rectification task which was also the part of my job eventually he stopped doing atleast for easy ones but i couldn't cope up eventually he put me in pip and manipulated my rating to make me survive eventually he begged me to leave even during notice period i had very less work I was watching movies

In professional life, I would never suggest to do these things and let others do your work cause some or the other day this will affect your career. And it won't let you learn things.
