My friends were discussing about a trip and I was excited about it. Two weeks later they went on the trip and left me out. I didn't even know it. They said it was a spontaneous plan so couldn't involve me. I feel bad about it but they don't speak much to me so I can't ask them about it also.

You should try  not to involve in their answers if they really wanted to take you they already have. I know i can feel this but if they are your real friends they wouldn't have care  my  few friends were also like that so slowly i seperated myself from them because they started to make fun of me also have fun without me  and i don't regret about my decision
