Someone once asked...

“Meta recently updated its terms: allow us to train our AI on your work, or lose access to your audience. Creators are trapped in a false choice—surrender their art to feed potential competitors, or become invisible online." "When a handful of platforms control all distribution channels, do creators truly own their words and images—or is digital ownership just an illusion in the age of platform monopoly?”

Someone answered with kindness...

Nobody finds it insulting or view it as a surrender if another person trains themselves on your art. If someone is inspired by you, that's a complement. The art was never made to be kept in a box only to be enjoyed by you. If you post something, you open it to whoever would like to see it. Nowadays, it can be an AI that learns from your work. But the work shouldn't have been for the sake of the result, but for the sake of creating.
