I'm gonna be honest. Cutting off all friends wasn't the best move. As for friendships, reach out to your past friends. As for female friends, you just need to give it time. Each person is different. Keep an optimistic approach and clear head. Find common interests. Go out with people as friends. Be platonic. Just live life. Take care.
