Someone once asked...

“Lately, I’ve been feeling really lost about my purpose in life. I’m in my early 30s, and as an introvert, I already have a very quiet social life with just a few friends. I know for sure that I don't want to follow the standard societal path of getting married and having kids—I just don't want those heavy responsibilities. But at the same time, I have this nagging FOMO and fear that I’m going to regret it and feel incredibly lonely when I’m older. I feel stuck between wanting freedom and fearing regret. I could really use some guidance on how to figure things out.”

If you really never want to get married. I suggest building yourself financially strong. You'll need money to support yourself in the future. And saving up is a must. Plus, make sure you're emotionally there for it too. Obviously as humans, we need connection, and being lonely is one very awful thing. But that won't be a problem if your bond with yourself is strong enough that you can sit with yourself, enjoy things alone, support yourself when needed. Even the people who get married sometimes, divorce, and start living alone. Which in case, are my parents only. Marriage isn't a guaranteed company for life. And I also suggest keeping your friends close too. But if you really do consider marriage, be it the person who gets you and isn't just your "I don't want to be lonely" person. Hope it helps.
