Someone once asked...

“Kinda starting to feel like I can't have a real, in-person connection in life. I'm 16 and I see the girls that I like, go and have other boyfriends. I'm not salty or anything, it's fine, it just sucks. And I've been texting with a girl who's a 24 hour drive away or 7 hours of airports and planes and I hate that it's this way. I got a quick feel of in-person and one day we were testing the waters touching hands and the next she turned on a dime saying "I never told you this or that" or "I told you I wasn't leading you on" When that's exactly what she did... What do I do bruh it's annoying.”

Someone answered with kindness...

It will get better, trust me. When I was your age, I felt the exact same way. I was cripplingly lonely and miserable. I didn't understand any girls my age and was constantly frustrated about it. Now I'm 23, it has been only 7 years and now I am very happily married. Circumstances change, sometimes very rapidly. It may suck now, but it won't forever, I promise you that. And I don't make promises I don't mean. Understanding what women want is not always easy, but you will grow to. P.S. Watch Pride and Prejudice (2005), it will both help you to understand women and also the ability to talk about it and understand it with women will always aid you. It is like every girl's favorite movie. Seriously, the best way to understand women better is to engage in what they like, and in this case it is also actually a good movie. You'll figure it out, I believe in you
