Writing down your goals and setting a reward each time you accomplish them usually motivates me .Give yourself a reward after completing a task no matter how small.every step counts. All try writing down your goals and deadlines in a to-do list way it makes your thoughts more organized.

try 54321 technique , where suddenly spring to action after counting 5 seconds in your mind, or start really small like do the work for only 10 mins , show up, it gets easier from there , reward yourself after completion of a promise maybe, works truly

im the same way. i cant really help much, seeing as im also stuck with the same problem, but what i find helps a bit is to stop procrastinating, whether im scrolling or playing video games or reading or anything, and i just stare into space for a bit. like i just put down my phone for a bit and stare at a wall and stew in my own thoughts for a lil while. that usually gets me going eventually.
