“I’ve gotten really close to a coworker over time. We stay up late talking and texting, and she confides in me about all her personal troubles. I’ve started liking her as more than a friend, but I’m totally lost about how she feels toward me.
She shows so much interest whenever we chat or talk on the phone. Yet, as soon as I ask to meet up in person, she backs out. A few of her reasons seem real, but mostly it feels like she’s just making excuses not to go out.

Listen trust the behavior and action more than words
When you know she is behaving inconsistently you can ask her but never chase her give her space and If you think there's a way you can tell me if you don't wanna keep it to yourself that you like her then tell her because telling her is about your action but if you're expecting or trying to control the behavior that you want her to say "yes" then don't do it okay
