Someone once asked...

“I've been struggling with a habit I keep trying to quit, but I repeatedly relapse. I've even put blockers on my devices, only to find ways around them. Afterwards, I feel ashamed and frustrated with myself. On top of that, I'm dealing with unemployment, family pressure and loneliness. Lately, I feel like I'm losing control of my life. I genuinely want to change, but I don't know how to break this cycle.”

It'd be more helpful to know what exactly this habit is. However, I get a vague idea that the issue is directly or indirectly associated with your phone/computer. So I'd suggest some outdoor activities. How about hanging out with a friend? Or maybe just taking a stroll in your neighborhood. Preferably a park. It'll help you connect with nature (the best therapist, honestly) and refresh your mood. Good luck <3
