I've been dealing with severe anxiety lately.
He broke up with me I don't remember how many months ago because there had been a lot of break-up before that final one.
I am killing myself slowly, my thoughts are killing me.
I'm fed up with how I let everything ruin me knowing there's no good in it.
I miss him. He destroyed everything for me but I can't bring myself to unlove this person. What do I do ? I've tried everything when I say everything I mean it. Things are so bad in my head idk if it'll ever recover from the things that I had to endure.

Here comes female friendship...Cry it out on her shoulders....and you don't need to unlove him ....you have to let go of the feelings you hold for him like caring and attachments.... You have to think about your career n future goals maybe health or some random things....one thing when you do everything n still that person doesn't get you then definitely you are an amazing person..trust me you'll feel more blessed n peaceful after this phase ...Love from my side ❤️
