Only if you're sure you can repay the it's worth. If you just need it for entertainment then no, don't spend too much but if you have any REAL plans of income through it then go for it

That depends on what and how you are gonna use that laptop. Dont burden your parents with this money. And even if you buy it, then dont just spend all ur time wasting on it by playing games. Instead learn some way that u can earn some pocket money with it, then it will be completely worth it. If you love games try learning game development so that you can spend your time doing what you love

It’s all cool buddy. This is the only time in life, you can buy anything that you like without thinking of financial commitments. I would say laptop is an investment at 18 your in college, it’s an age to start learning on your, it’s one of the best things to get yourself in that age. You it wise and make the best out of it and I bet you will not regret it. Enjoy your new device 🙂
