No. Sisyphus was punished to push a rock up the hill forever. It's meant to be a warning on "useless work", e.g: Treadmills and grinding. The joke is "One must imagine Sisyphus happy", but it is clear by many different depictions of him on pottery that he is quite unhappy.

Yes we should all try and love to try but the réal thing is to know when to stop. Sisyphus forget he could stop, i mesn i couldn't technically. Anyway try is good but try for nothing is using your precious energy for nothing. That's mx tought, have a nice day !

No. It's a story from antiquity used as a cautionary tale against hubris, thinking that one is equal to, or can outwit, a god.
