Someone once asked...

“Is loosing friendship so wrong? Like without any fight, without misunderstandings, we just stopped talking now the way we used when we were in school. I got new friends in college, they in there neighbor amd somehow the person who just used to shared everything together now stayed without knowing major happening n life. I mean we are in 20's we need to make a life a career and between all these i feel like I cant take anymore someone else's problem. Like I am dealing with my problems and you want me to speak to your boyfriend cause ylu had a fight. I always listen, whatever you want to say come to me and I will listen, but then excepting me to deal with your problems is something I cant do now earlier I used to, but now I have my own fucking problems which are heavier to deal with.”

Someone answered with kindness...

People fundamentally have different priorities and expectations of others. Your priority might be to become who you want in your career. Your friends may have different goals. Ultimately whether we like it or not, similar minded people are better friends and last longer. You can definitely still be friends with them, but reality is that your thinking, distance, goals everything affects how your relationship is. So its better to state your thoughts to them. After that its up to them to adhere it. If they don't, you will naturally become distant with them. But this also means you will find similar minded people, for better or for worse. Because a "similar mind" isn't necessarily a "good human".
