“Inam a owner of the house where in my mother father and brother is staying in grou d floor but in 1st floor there is a tenant couple staying.Recently se had sone verbal argument about yearly increment if rent , that time they said we will check other house now he started paying 5psrvent more amount.the problem is he doesn't obey what we we instruct them also they behave like immature people.what to do now with them should we let them contribute to stay with increased rent or shoul we ask them to vacate the house.sugggest me as very experienced person in all these matters”

iam not that experienced but if you look at both optiions u can see that u got like if you have some financial prob this may help u atleast for some time and if u really getting bothered just ask them to leave even if it meant they are unbearble
