“In the last few weeks I feel like I'm not doing enough to be successful in school. I recently started a new school which is really nice and I have a lot of friends there but I'm doing really badly in school because it's a school that not everyone gets into and I feel like I'm falling behind. I really try really hard and I study and repeat everything. My parents also tell me that if I get a bad grade that it's okay and that it happens normally. I still can't shake off the feeling that I'm doing something wrong. I'm tired of it all and I don't know what to do because it's absolutely destroying my mental health.”

I was struggling in school last year and my friends didn't like me and they used my bad grades as an excuse not to hang out with me. School grades are important but theyre not everything. People who value based on them don't really value people. Falling behind doesnt mean that eveything will go wrong in life. I'm sure your overthinking it somewhat and you should talk to your peers at school
