if ive to be honest im also in 2nd pu neither have i completed most of my syllabus but what i think is its never too late if u think u havent done anything and ur not able to concentrate start small quit distractions go outside roam around talk to ppl doesnt matter how good they are have a convo whoever it is take ur time to understand stuff its better to do 2 hrs per day than stress on the last day of ur exams and sometimes you learn things with time and it takes time to understand all of this it doesnt happen in one hour itll take u time but you'll get it
