Not choosing maths isn't the end of the world there are many career options open . Perhaps really persue whatever u like . There is so much life that is there to explore . Don't be so hard on urself try to enjoy the moments in ur daily life . Talk to whomever ur very close to . Slowly try to talk to new people . About the mental and physical health , it really is in your hands you have to build urself strong . And u could seek professional help if needed . Everything right now could seem a lot but try being kinder to urself it definetly does get better . Also try new things something which u haven't tried yet maybe ul find something ul love and that could become ur career too
