Someone answered with kindness...
Get someone you can be accountable to. Either someone you trust, who can help you without participating themselves. Or someone who you can build the habits with. A friend to go to the gym with. A band to practice with. A housemate or partner to eat with.

Structure your life in a way that leads to the outcomes you want. Make it easy to do the right thing, and hard to do the wrong thing. Instrument: put it in a conspicuous place, start playing every day something that you already know how to play - and evolve from there Exercise: 2 days a week, one with a PT, put it in your calendar. The PT is important because it creates external motivation while you bu;ld the habit. Your own day is important because it pushes you to come in on your own. 2 days rather than 3 or 5 or 7 is important because its small - if you have to go every day its not.easy enough to form the habit. Don't beat yourself up - its counter productive. Motivation is temporary. Form the habit.
