Someone once asked...

I'm glad I don't have a family depending on me because I don't think I have a career anymore. I feel guilty about my parents

Someone answered with kindness...

Neither do I. Or most of us, for that matter. But I found a man to live for. We share an apartment and a uncertain but tightly knit future. Life is not about the career achievements.

Another soul answered...

A career is as real or imaginary as money is. "It is just paper" applies to both. Did you get skills? Did you get experience? Use that to find a new way. But you already know this. Why are you hesitating?
