Why don't you use your girlfriend as your motivation. Like If you don't study now , you will never get to marry her. Someone else will take her. Bro atleast study enough that you pass this one exam and just lock your insta. Talk to you gf and tell her your problem I'm sure she will understand and support you in studying.
