Someone once asked...

“I'm an undergradute in my pre-final year. I am so confused on which research direction to pick since I'm double majoring in Electrical & Electronics Engineering and Biological Sciences.[Seemed like great options individually.] I feel like whatever direction of Bio + Electronics research i explore I end up hating [I feel like the path either won't actually make people's life better in healthcare or will not be appreciated by the research community/won't be high quality research work.] and I feel like I've done nothing these past 4 years of college that would make me eligible for either a PhD or a job. I keep running away from what I actually need to do. Even if I'm disciplined for a few days it all falls apart very soon. I don't even know what I'm doing.... Any tips to solve this confusion of choosing a path?”

Hey.....uhmm idk how to professionally answer this since im just gonna join a ug programme on a diff path...but felt like u deserve an appreciation, first of all ur degree soundss soo cool andd broo i wonderr how amazing u are studying both Bio and electronics together..aaandd i think it's okay to be confused,u don't have to be deciplined everyday thats how human bodies are meant to work, it's okay to take some breaks and alsoo our brain tries to runaway from things when it get hard... it's a survival mechanism just go with the flow u def gonna figure it out
