Someone once asked...

“I'm a teenager, and I've been experiencing irregular periods. Whenever my periods become irregular, I take iron and calcium supplements, and my periods usually become regular again. However, this time, I'm not taking them, and I've also been experiencing a lot of hair fall. I've noticed that the baby hairs around my forehead have almost completely disappeared. I think that I might have PCOS. I haven't told my parents about this because I'm really scared of getting a blood test, and I'm afraid of finding out that I might have a serious health condition.”

Hey you are just. Teen I really seriously encourage you to consult your parents' and doctors about it ... And what If it might not be as worse as you are thinking it will be but delying it might come with ita consequences that will not be pleasant and anyway even if something comes always remember that it's not your fault anywhere in is not your fault and and waiting in fear that it can be something is worse than going and figuring out what has happened!! Trust me no one will judge you or scold they are your parents' no matter what they say they are always concerned about you Beacuse yk even I was going through this some month's ago that I thought khud ki theek hojayega parents ko batya tu it will je worse an I neglected that for years but fir ek din when I finally go to the doctor vo obviously jab mujhe pata chala tha kuch ussey bhi bura hogaya tha and I expected my parents toa scold or told me how I am at fault but... Yk what happen that scolding NVR come they were just concerned so just do it so it doesn't get worse and I hope ki jyda kuch serious na ho and I pray that your periods become regular because being a girl ik how much it sucks to hv irregular periods ... And also it not be that serious so just do it ok hope you hv great life ahead stranger bye

hey, i just wanna say, if you don't care of yourself now, maybe you might have to suffer in the future. let's muster up courage to face this. what's the worse that could happen? the doctor might say you have PCOS, but is it really some kind of untouchable disease? well no, globally stats say roughly around 10% that is every 1 woman in 10 women experience this. it's okay, you'll get through it using help, but if you never put it out in the open, how would you know if you have pcos or any other problem?and even if you do, you'll get help. a blood test is better than whatever serious problems you might have to face in the future if you never check up on this now :( so sending help and LOTTTSSS of courage for you to check up on yourself. talk to your mom, tell her how scared you're feeling rn ab your condition rn, she'll help you get through this :D adiosss <3

heyy pleaseee please pleasee get a test done it's not scary or just go to a gynaecologist make sure it's a woman so you're more comfortable. listen, if you won't get it checked your periods might worsen up or your health might deteriorate. but first off tell your mother about this. don't wait for so long
